The LOGITY TECH team creates technological solutions to the challenges brokers and carriers face in trucking logistics. We’re building a digital broker-centric ecosystem that includes a proprietary Transportation Management System, Loadboard, and a mobile app for drivers and dispatchers.
We are looking for Product Manager. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, data analytics expertise, and hands-on project leadership. You will need to seamlessly switch between the two products as needed: a B2B SaaS platform and a mobile application, each targeting different user groups in the freight logistics industry.
As the Portfolio Product Manager, you will contribute to product roadmaps, drive user engagement through data analytics and feedback loops, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value. You are the one, if...
YOU ARE: * 3+ years of product management experience with B2B solutions; * Demonstrated success in achieving objectives and driving key metrics; * Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile development methodologies; * Experience defining & tracking product metrics to measure success (e.g. retention, engagement, conversion) and guide product decisions; * Proven ability to build & present business cases to prioritize investments and secure stakeholder buy-in; * Skilled at navigating uncertainty, questioning assumptions, and iteratively validating solutions; * Able to establish and evangelize the desired end state or outcome, and inspire the team to achieve them; * Proven experience in conducting user research (interviews, surveys, observation studies) and translating insights into actionable product plans; * Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences; * Clear, concise communicator who can articulate the why, what, and when of product decisions; * Adaptable, a fast learner, and dedicated to growing both professionally and personally; * Proficient in English: B2/Upper-intermediate and higher; * Prior experience in logistics industry is a plus;
Responsibilities: * Define and track key metrics to inform product choices; * Define the why, what, and when of a product, and communicate its business value to ensure the team understands the purpose behind each feature or release; * Plan & execute product launches: manage beta programs, go-to-market checklists, stakeholder walkthroughs, and post- launch reviews; * Conduct market and user research—interviews, surveys, competitor analysis—to uncover needs and opportunities; * Spot and address strategic and execution risks early, with clear mitigation plans; * Build and sustain feedback loops using product analytics and direct user feedback; * Design and run early validation experiments (prototypes, MVPs, A/B tests) to test hypotheses fast; * Release experimental features to pilot groups, measure results, and iterate based on data; * Translate findings and experiment outcomes into clear, prioritized requirements tied to business impact; * Share data-driven insights and strategic recommendations with stakeholders to align on next steps; * Stay market-savvy: perform competitive intelligence, spot emerging trends, and recommend new product opportunities;
