YOUR IMPACT: * Manage all changes in the employee life cycle (onboarding, performance management, offboarding). * Peer&Performance review cycle management. * Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and support their professional development. * Handle recruitment for different roles within the organization. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to identify internal staffing needs and requirements, providing ongoing support throughout the hiring process.
ABOUT YOU: * 3+ year of experience in HR & Recruiting. * Experience with employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. * Expertise in managing peer and performance review processes and career development. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Ability to identify internal needs and requirements for the recruitment team and facilitate processes within the organization. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns effectively. * Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes. * Full proficiency in the Ukrainian language and at least an intermediate level of English.
