PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.
We are looking for a people- and business-oriented Head of HR to lead our team of HR experts in a large company with a matrix structure and a dynamic, high-activity environment. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on team management in support of a large-scale organization (15+ direct reports). We’re seeking someone who truly understands business goals and knows how to translate them into actionable HR solutions — while putting people at the center.
What matters:
— Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within large companies (1000+ employees).
— Hands-on experience managing an HR team of at least 10 people (ideally 15+), including within a matrix structure.
— Strong knowledge across core HR areas: onboarding, internal communications, grading, performance reviews, employee experience, and retention.
— Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders across all levels, including executive leadership.
— Skill in developing HR strategies based on analytics and metrics, and turning them into effective processes.
— Strong people leadership: team development, coaching, engagement, and feedback culture.
— Experience working in a fast-moving, business-oriented environment (not necessarily online).

— Build and execute an HR strategy aligned with company goals and priorities.
— Lead and develop a team of HR professionals: delegate, support, and shape an efficient and resilient HR team.
— Partner with executive leadership and department heads; stay involved in key processes and organizational changes.
— Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
— Use HR analytics to support decisions and continuously improve processes.
— Oversee the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to growth and retention.
— Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between HR and other business teams.
