Now we have an open position of Employment Operations Specialist. As a Employment Specialist, you will be one of the key team members who will strengthen the N-iX team and contribute to the development of our Employment function.
Responsibilities: * Keeping personnel records of enterprises and their units according to standardized forms of primary accounting documentation * Timely processing of employee admission, transfers, and dismissals in compliance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions, and orders of the enterprise’s management, as well as other established personnel documentation * Compiling and maintaining personal files of employees, making changes related to employment activities * Keeping track of employee leaves, ensuring the creation and adherence to vacation schedules, and issuing relevant orders * Job descriptions and staffing schedules * Maintaining time reporting records * Archiving personnel files and preparing documents for submission to the state authorities * Collaboration with associated corporate functions in implementing changes * Organizing and control the signing and storage of personnel document (including Electronic Document Workflow)
Requirements: * Mandatory 2 years of work experience as a HR Inspector * Relevant education (economics, law, administration) * Understanding of the specifics of the legal regime in Dyia City will be an advantage * Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian Labor Code * Intermediate level of English * Familiarity with methodological materials on personnel accounting and movement * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility
