We’re looking for a QA/BA hybrid to join our team — someone who’s equally skilled at manual testing, analyzing business requirements, and driving product improvements. Experience in business analysis and product management is a big plus, especially if you’re passionate about turning user needs into real product value. What You’ll Do * Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria * Perform manual testing (web & API) across our core platform * Communicate directly with developers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify feature requirements and ensure shared understanding * Collaborate with feature requesters to refine scope and align on priorities * Detect UX/UI issues before they go live * Create well-structured bug reports and test cases * Identify edge cases and advocate for the best user experience * Participate in product discussions and proactively suggest improvements * Bonus: Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly express ideas, push back when needed, and confidently represent both product and user interests in cross-functional discussions
What We’re Looking For: * 4+ years of experience in QA, Business Analysis, or both * Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies * Fluent in English, with regular participation in calls and discussions with English-speaking clients and stakeholders. * Experience with manual testing of web apps and APIs * Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, DevTools, etc. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Confident in writing clear user stories and test documentation * Product-oriented mindset with attention to user impact * Prior experience in a SaaS or product company — a strong plus
