That’s why, together with Daria Toropchenova, Design Team Lead at Headway Inc, we’re looking for a Marketing Motion Designer to create promotional materials to promote our educational products and test the most daring ideas!

What will you do: * Create advertising creatives for Headway, Nibble, Skillsta and Goodly * Analyse creative results and build new hypotheses based on them * Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose new ideas * Work closely with creative marketers * Monitor trends in marketing design and research competitors
What do you need to join us: * 2+ years of experience in motion design and an up-to-date portfolio * Proficient in After Effects, Figma and Adobe Illustrator * Understanding of timing, composition and basic animation principles * Using AI tools for content generation * Basic graphic design skills * Video editing and sound design skills * Attention to detail and the ability to find quick solutions in animation
Nice to have: * Basic video shooting skills * Understanding of character animation * Experience with CapCut
