What you will do: — End-to-End Video ContentProduction: Drive the end-to-end content lifecycle to deliver engaging experiences that increase user retention and product value ▪️ Preproduction Goal: Collaborate with the methodologist to develop and refine a targeted content strategy and content plan ▪️ Production Goal: Effectively coordinate the setup and management of all content shooting processes ▪️ Postproduction Goal: Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, ChatGPT) for scalable voiceover and localization workflows, and manage the editing pipeline through a freelance team — Lead and scale freelance content team. Build a skilled freelance team by hiring, onboarding, and guiding them through all stages of content creation to ensure high-quality results — Develop a scalable content delivery system: Establish a streamlined, sustainable framework for efficient and consistent content delivery — Support product growth through upsell content: Create additional upsell content, including videos, audio, text, and graphics, to enhance product offerings and value — Content A/B Testing for Optimization: Design and execute A/B tests on content pieces to analyze and optimize performance, maximizing user engagement and retention.
What we’re looking for: — Proven ability to manage video content as a product feature — from ideation through launch — with a focus on user value, engagement, and retention — Expertise in video production (scripting, shooting, editing) and experience with content localization and voiceover production — Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ElevenLabs) for content creation and optimization — Proficiency with CMS, workflow automation tools, and A/B testing to optimize content performance — Strong ability to organize content using tools like Google Sheets for planning and tracking — Experience managing remote content teams, including hiring, onboarding, and leadership — Proven track record in content strategy and overseeing the full content lifecycle for digital or video platforms —Strong analytical mindset, with comfort using performance data to inform content and product decisions — Proficient in English (B2+)
