Digis is looking for a Client Success Partner & Strategic Account Lead to drive lasting impact for our key technology clients.
About the role: This is not a typical account management position. We are seeking a strategic partner — someone who will lead client relationships at a high level, shape account growth strategies, and act as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology, business, and delivery.
Responsibilities: — Lead strategic relationships with key clients, aligning our services with their evolving business goals. — Identify, shape, and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts. — Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring service excellence and long-term value creation. — Provide consultative guidance to clients based on market trends, technology shifts, and performance data. — Contribute to Digis’s strategic positioning by bringing market intelligence from client-facing engagements.
Required qualifications: — 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Strategy, or Business Development roles within IT. — At least 2 years in a recent senior AM position within IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies. — Demonstrated ability to lead high-level conversations with C-level stakeholders. — Proven track record in managing complex, long-term partnerships. — Strong analytical, consultative, and negotiation skills. — Excellent communication in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
