About the Role:
Digis is looking for an experienced and strategic Delivery/Project Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on taking full ownership of projects — from pre-sale through discovery to successful delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping the direction and execution of client engagements, helping to define scope, build project teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.
You will be involved in early-stage activities such as client consultations, pre-sales support, and discovery, then transition into overseeing or leading delivery once the contract is signed. You’ll act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients, aligning expectations and driving execution.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in pre-sales activities in collaboration with the Sales and Solution teams
* Lead discovery phases: gather requirements, define scope, and identify success criteria
* Build project delivery plans from scratch, including process setup, team composition, and delivery framework
* Act as a strategic partner for the client, managing expectations, scope, timelines, and reporting
* Identify delivery risks and proactively mitigate them
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within IT Outsourcing Companies
* Proven experience in pre-sales and discovery phases
* Strong background in launching and managing projects from scratch
* Excellent communication skills and experience working with international clients
* Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
* A strategic mindset and ability to influence delivery on a broader level
