We’re now looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between creative execution and strategy — shaping ideas and driving high-performing concepts across different platforms.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and generate creative concepts for advertising campaigns (UGC, testimonials, infographics, etc.) tailored to target audiences and offers. * Write clear briefs, scripts, and technical tasks for motion designers. * Coordinate the end-to-end creative production process: task assignment, deadline control, quality assurance, and hypothesis alignment. * Conduct performance analysis of creatives using key metrics (CR, CTR, ROI) and propose data-driven improvements. * Adapt creative assets for different platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google) and target markets. * Use spy tools to monitor competitors, identify trends, and generate fresh creative ideas. * Collaborate closely with the media buying team to align creative strategies and achieve campaign KPIs.
Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in a similar role within creative or performance marketing. * Proven track record of developing advertising concepts, writing scripts, and preparing clear technical briefs. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on performance data. * Hands-on experience with spy tools and competitive research platforms. * High level of creative thinking and the ability to generate and validate new hypotheses quickly. * Excellent soft skills: structured approach, proactiveness, ownership, and teamwork. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Will be a plus: * Hands-on experience in motion design and animation production. * Background in creating ad creatives specifically for digital or performance marketing campaigns.
