YOU HAVE * Azure certifications * 7+ years of experience designing and developing sophisticated web applications with .NET Core * Strong expertise in building distributed microservices on Azure with low-latency requirements * Solid understanding of the client-server interaction principles (web/mobile) * Solid database experience: MS SQL Server, Azure Database, and Redis * Strong grasp of RESTful API design and messaging patterns * Experience working with CI/CD, static code quality analysis, debugging/profiling tools * Solid knowledge of distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring frameworks * Expertise in performance tuning, profiling, and resource optimization * Familiarity with authentication/authorization best practices and security hardening * Comprehensive grasp of the software development lifecycle, code review workflows, and release management * An active interest in staying up to date with technologies, frameworks, and languages * Experience working in Agile/Kanban teams * Experience working in distributed teams * A self-starter attitude, highly motivated, and with an eye for detail * High integrity, accountability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to do what it takes to make the team successful * English proficiency at an intermediate—strong level (written and spoken)

YOU WOULD LOVE TO * Design, implement, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs using .NET Core * Own CI/CD pipelines, including automated builds, tests, security scans, and blue-green/canary deployments * Integrate observability for real-time logging, metrics, and distributed tracing * Optimize database interactions and caching strategies to ensure sub-200 ms response times * Apply domain-driven design and SOLID principles to maintain clean architecture and testable code * Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to validate functionality, prevent regressions, and guarantee code quality * Collaborate closely with mobile, QA, and support teams to triage issues, reproduce bugs, and iterate on performance bottlenecks * Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical research * Mentor junior developers and share best practices for cloud-native development, security, and DevOps * Continuously research and adopt new tools, frameworks, and patterns to improve our platformʼs resilience and developer productivity
