As Lending Business Director, you will take full ownership of business performance, drive sustainable growth, and lead cross-functional teams to success. We’re looking for someone who combines analytical excellence with operational leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, validate and approve business plans and budget * Take P&L responsibility and ensure all targets and budget expectations are met * Drive organic business growth to achieve leading market positions in the segment * Identify business expansion opportunities within the market of presence * Hire, develop, and keep local teams well-motivated * Ensure efficient allocation of headquarters resources to meet local business needs * Maintain control over business expenses * Set measurable and attainable targets for local teams * Launch and execute strategic initiatives, new products, or processes * Develop and maintain partnerships with major suppliers and providers
Professional Qualifications: * 5+ years of senior leadership experience with P&L responsibility in a company, function, or business unit * Solid experience managing international or cross-border teams * Systematic approach to achieving scalable and replicable results * A positive attitude and drive to achieve targets and grow, both personally and as part of a team * Deep understanding of maintaining a profitable and cash flow positive business in a competitive environment * Experience in fin-tech or banking domain * Willingness and ability to travel and spend a substantial amount of time in countries of business presence * Fluency in both English and Ukrainian
