We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for Program Ace.

To achieve results, you will need: * Prior experience in a similar role (BDM, Sales Manager) in a solution-based IT service company or system integrator; * Proven experience in B2B sales (at least 3 year), with a strong track record of engaging C-level executives in technology-driven industries; * Ability to travel and attend international events (will be a plus); * Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
How exactly can you influence the development of the company: * Active participation in shaping our service and solutions offering; * Manage the full sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals; * Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers; * Work with the corporate CRM system to develop and maintain prospects; * Analyze potential clients’ needs and identify their pain points to tailor the company’s solutions and presentations at introductory pitches or discovery calls; * Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are favorable and align with the company’s objectives; * Regularly report on sales activities, wins, losses, and feedback to senior management to inform business decisions..
⭐️ How do you manage your working hours? * We offer a flexible work schedule coordinated with your manager, with standard business hours from 11:00 to 16:00 when everyone is available. * Remote work is an option, allowing you to work from anywhere in Ukraine or the world. * Relocation (permanent residence and job permission) to Cyprus (EU) after the successful pass of the test period is possible. * Insurance (in case of work in the Cyprus office) * You’ll receive 18 days of vacation and 5 personal days off.
