We are looking for a CRM/Retention Manager who will play a key role in setting up CRM communications, launching campaigns, and building retention strategies from scratch. If you have experience in iGaming or IT, understand player lifecycle, and love working with data — we’d love to meet you.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and implement CRM strategy (Retention, Reactivation)
• Segment users by activity, deposits, game frequency, and preferences
• Launch and optimize email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns
• Set up trigger flows (Welcome, Inactivity, Winback, etc.)
• Create and manage bonuses, tournaments, loyalty programs
• Work with in-platform currency (coins), bonus assignment
• Analyze KPIs: Retention, LTV, Churn rate, ARPU
• Run A/B tests and provide insights
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and analytics teams
Goals for the trial period (2–3 months)
• Launch the first campaigns under Head of CRM guidance
• Conduct A/B testing with selected user segments
• Set up Smartico and build welcome automation flows
• Segment players for key offers (e.g. welcome bonus, reactivation)
• Analyze competitors’ bonus systems and adapt ideas
What we’re looking for
• 6+ months in a CRM/Retention Manager role (iGaming/IT)
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico is a big plus)
• Understanding of marketing metrics: LTV, ARPU, Churn, Retention
• Comfortable working with data, segmentation, and testing
• English — Upper Intermediate or higher
• Strong communication & team collaboration skills
