PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry.
Our holding is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The headquarters of the holding is located in Cyprus.
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team!
Requirements:
* Higher legal education;
* 1+ year of experience as an in-house or consulting lawyer in an international company.;
* Prior experience in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or affiliate marketing is a big plus;
* Strong knowledge of international commercial and contract law;
* Excellent legal English (B2—C1) — 95% of contracts and work communication are in English;
Responsibilities:
* Review, draft, and manage a high volume of affiliate and partner agreements;
* Adapt and maintain legal templates to scale with business growth;
* Advise internal teams (Affiliate, Marketing, Product) on regulatory risks and contract strategy;
* Monitor legislative and regulatory changes related to advertising, digital marketing, and affiliate operations;
* Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Ukraine, EU, Cyprus, and others);
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Legal and a growing legal team .
