We are an IT company JATAPP, creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20+ different products exclusively in white niches: Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education. And even more to come!
We are looking for a Head of R&D to strengthen our team and launch new products.
As a member of our team, you will have a direct impact on the core of our business. You will be responsible for creating a systematic approach to testing new ideas and ensuring that successful MVPs are effectively transitioned into full-fledged products.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Building a process for generating, testing, and validating product hypotheses
• Forming MVP teams for each idea, coordinating launches
• Defining success criteria for hypotheses, managing the R&D pipeline
• Ensuring the transfer of viable hypotheses to product units
• Controlling budget and time for MVP testing
• Continuously analyzing trends and new niches
What you’ll need:
• Experience in launching MVPs and product hypotheses
• Knowledge of lean startup principles, product discovery
• Experience working with product analytics
• Understanding of mobile application architecture
• Ability to quickly assemble cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of the unit economics of the product
It will be a plus:
• Experience working in startups or accelerators
• Understanding of AI/ML trends
• Experience in building R&D processes
