YOUR QUEST-LINE: * Lead your squad: hiring, onboarding, task drops, and tracking team goals. * Build and execute our Employer Brand strategy like a pro strat — create, launch, track, upgrade. * Control all external & internal comms: career site, job boards, social media, plus final boss-check of all content. * Launch epic ad campaigns — from wild ideas to sharp execution and performance tracking. * Keep the company culture buffed and morale high — drive employee engagement and ignite team spirit. * Track meta shifts in employer branding: monitor trends and instantly plug them into our gameplan. * Manage allies: deadlines, quality checks, and smooth collabs. * Lead and manage internal/external company events: idea-crafting, budget mastery, flawless execution, post-game analysis (you will have event-manager as a partner). * Co-op with HR & Recruiting: refine hiring processes, boost candidate comms, sharpen the funnel, and help HRs to improve processes. * Stay brand-focused: cook up next-level merch and swag ideas, make them real, and make them awesome. * Level up internal ambassadorship: prep our heroes for public speaking, support with presentations, boost their PR game, and deck them out in brand gear. * Own the budget: plan, manage, and optimize spend across all your EB ops like a true economy master. * Handle HR analytics & reporting: eNPS, feedback quests, EVP upgrades, etc. — there’s always something to optimize.
YOUR IN-GAME SKIN: * 3+ years of experience as an HR Brand Lead. * Creative mindset and readiness to handle challenges head-on. * Proactive, responsible, and independent + you don’t like micromanagement. * People-first approach — you want the team to grow and enjoy what they do. * Proven experience in managing cross-cultural communication strategies and adapting messages to fit different cultural contexts. * Experience with social media: videos, copywriting, visuals, ad setup, tracking metrics. * Strong skills in branding materials — from generating bold ideas to bringing them to life. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Confident in strategy, planning and managing budgets. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action. * Experience in organizing corporate events, team buildings, and business meetups. * Good understanding of the IT industry and gaming scene. * English at B2 level or higher.
WILL BE YOUR BOOST: * Passionate about CS, Dota, or both — with a deep understanding of gaming culture; * Proven portfolio showcasing bold, innovative & creative strategy concepts; * Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator with strong design execution skills; * Solid background in marketing, combining creativity with strategic thinking.
