We are looking for a Product Manager ready to grow in a fast-paced product environment and directly influence financial outcomes. About the product: It is a 2020 web platform that brings people with diverse interests together through video communication. Users can connect while enjoying a smooth, user-friendly interface thanks to top-notch UX/UI design and powerful communication tools—all without annoying ads. User safety is a top priority, ensured by strong moderation and data protection.

In this role, you will
* Work closely with marketing, design, and tech teams to ensure a seamless product cycle
* Gather insights from internal teams and user interviews, aligning them with product strategy
* Formulate, test, and validate hypotheses to improve key metrics
* Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: grooming, planning, retro, bug triage
* Develop and maintain the product roadmap with short- and long-term goals
* Identify new growth opportunities to strengthen market position
It’s all about you
* 1–2+ years of experience in product management
* 1 year is sufficient if you have a background in product design, UX research, business analysis, or data analytics
* Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
* Familiarity with web-based applications
* Understanding of conversion funnels and product metrics
* Hands-on experience with GA4, Tableau, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools
* Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
* Data-driven and outcome-focused approach to decision-making
Would be a plus
* Product management courses or certification
* Education in UX research or product analytics
* A/B testing knowledge or practical experience
* Familiarity with traffic acquisition
