Our ideal candidate for the position of Project Manager: * Work experience in the position of IT Project Manager from 2 year; * Upper Intermediate/Advanced English language level (practical experience in written and verbal communication with an English-speaking client is required); * Business analysis experience; * Attentive, systematic, performs all tasks at the highest level; * Has experience in managing and understanding the development of projects in an IT company; * Acquainted with various project management technologies and the Agile philosophy; * Always finds new and non-standard ways of solving tasks; * Experience in the administration of task tracking systems (Jira/Redmine/Trello); * Able to set goals for himself and the team: keeps the team in working order, motivates and supports, creating an atmosphere of creativity and a desire to achieve more; * Able to communicate with the customer, manage his expectations — at all stages of project development and structure; * Easily and quickly solves the problems that arise; * Define, collect, and prioritize features for development; * Has a deep understanding of project management and business processes (be able to describe and read them); * Able to plan and organize the work of the project, to do effective pre-production to ensure quality, deadlines and budget are met; * Flexibility, proactivity and lack of indifference in work are your key skills; * Loves, knows how and practices constant development and growth in a professional way.
It will be a plus: * Portfolio of successfully implemented projects; * Completed training in Project Management and Time Management.
