Our Sales team is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us. Requirements * Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken. * 3+ years of experience in a Lead Generation/SDR role. * Previous experience working with US/Europe clients. * A strategic and analytical mindset. * A team player who is self-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated. * Open-minded and willing to share creative ideas for new approaches to prospects. * Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive).
Responsibilities * Generate and qualify new leads from multiple sources, including discovery and independent research. * Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM system. * Run outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and via email. * Book initial calls and nurture prospects for future collaboration. * Work towards dedicated KPIs for each month and year.
