What we want in return: * 1+ years of experience in partnership, referral, or affiliate management roles * Hands-on experience in the Crypto / Blockchain industry * Proven ability to drive measurable growth through partnerships * Excellent communication and negotiation skills — you know how to build trust and close deals * Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI * Proactive, independent, and excited about building from 0 to 1 * Fluent in English (B2+) and Ukrainian.
What we will do together: * Build and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliates, communities, and other potential collaborators * Own and scale our referral program: from launching new campaigns to optimizing performance * Track key metrics and ROI — analyze what works, what doesn’t, and pivot quickly * Collaborate with marketing & product teams to align partnership strategy with business goals * Experiment and innovate — bring new ideas to the table to attract and retain users through external collaboration
