We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements. * Participate in presales activities and support estimation processes. * Communicate with international clients during calls and design reviews. * Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications. * Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth design implementation. * Maintain and iterate on design systems, components, and guidelines. * Analyze and improve user experience based on feedback and usability testing.
Requirements: * 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in an IT company. * Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. * A portfolio showing design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and real outcomes, with reasoning behind design decisions. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken) * Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Jira
Will be a plus: * Experience in SaaS environments. * Mentoring junior designers.
