Our core product is a SaaS gaming platform made up of over 200 microservices, delivering a seamless gaming experience to millions of users worldwide. It provides a full suite of iGaming solutions, including game management, payments, analytics, CRM, and more.
We are now actively developing our B2B direction and preparing the platform for market launch.
We’re looking for a proactive Technical Writer to join our growing team and help us redefine the future of product documentation! Are you ready to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment?

What you’ll be working on:
* Describing existing and new functionalities.
* Describing the processes implemented in the project.
* Coordinating and adapting documentation with all stakeholders.
* Assisting employees in writing documentation and ensuring its approval.
* Preparing, updating, and enhancing technical documentation and user documentation (both in Ukrainian and English).
* Collaborating with developers, project coordinators, and testers to prepare documentation.
* Working on multiple projects within the technical writing team.
About you:
Must-have skills and experience:
* At least 3 years of experience working with development and product documentation.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
* Detail-oriented thinking with the ability to understand and describe technical specifications.
* Understanding of product development principles and basics.
* English proficiency at an Upper Intermediate level or higher.
