GreenM is a team of data engineering and software development experts dedicated to driving innovation in healthcare. We specialize in building scalable data platforms, enabling AI solutions, and optimizing analytical workflows to help healthcare providers make informed, data-driven decisions.
We are currently expanding our team to support a long-term engagement in the public healthcare domain, focused on improving patient outcomes and cost efficiency through advanced analytics. The project leverages large-scale data collection from hospitals, clinics, and government sources to support evidence-based decision-making and optimize financial resource allocation.
This role will also give you access to a second project involving AI-driven healthcare solutions, leveraging generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to improve automation and insights delivery across clinical and non-clinical workflows.
Role: Data Engineer (AWS/Python)
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining data workflows that support healthcare analytics and performance monitoring.
You will collaborate closely with both the GreenM and client-side teams to ensure robust and reliable data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Project 1: Public Healthcare Data Platform.
Build and maintain data workflows that process financial and statistical healthcare data.
Support existing data pipelines and enhance legacy processes where needed.
Participate in metric calculation, data aggregation, and model-ready structuring.
GreenM-side: Lead Data Engineer, QA, new DE (you)).
Workload & Engagement
Estimated workload: 100 hours/month for the primary healthcare analytics project.
Option to expand to full-time (160 hours/month) by joining a second AI-focused project.
Direct communication with team leads and client expected.
Interview Process
Introductory call with GreenM TA & Lead DE (up to 2 hours)
English self-presentation (audio/video, 2-3 min)
