* Build our LinkedIn game: Manage and grow DNA325’s presence and engagement on LinkedIn, turning followers into an active network.
* Boost organic reach (with smart SEO): Apply basic SEO principles to make your content easily discoverable in search, attracting organic traffic.
* Coordinate Link Power: Manage our external link-building freelancer, ensuring we build authority where it matters most.
* Uncover opportunities: Conduct market research... to find fresh ideas and refine our approach.

Our expectations from you:
We are looking for a proactive specialist with a foundation in Content and Social, ready to grow.
* 2-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in Content Marketing and Social Media Management in a B2B context.
* Basic understanding of SEO principles as they apply to content creation and on-page optimization.
* Familiarity with relevant analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) to track and improve performance for content and social channels.
* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
* Experience utilizing AI, design, or no-code tools to support marketing activities is required.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong self-organization and an analytical mindset.
* Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn, take on new challenges, and expand expertise across relevant digital channels.
* Previous experience in recruitment marketing or marketing for HR/consulting services and managing freelancers or external vendors is a plus.
