We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our Agile delivery process — driving team performance, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our distributed teams.
Main Responsibilities: * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth and consistent delivery processes. * Support teams in applying Scrum principles effectively and help foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritised, ready-to-work backlog. * Work closely with teams to identify and remove delivery impediments. * Mentor team members on Agile practices and delivery planning. * Support knowledge sharing and help develop internal capabilities for Scrum facilitation as the company grows. * Track delivery metrics to support predictability and identify areas for improvement. * Promote clear communication and alignment between distributed development teams and product stakeholders.
Professional Qualifications: * Proven experience facilitating Scrum teams in a growing or evolving Agile environment. * 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a technology-driven company. * Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically. * Excellent facilitation and communication skills, particularly in distributed team environments. * Hands-on experience with Jira or similar backlog and delivery tools. * Ability to mentor team members and support team autonomy through practical guidance and delivery focus. * Experience in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
Additional (Nice to Have): * Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus. * A technical background with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
