We are a product IT company with over 10 years of experience in product development. Now we are in search of an experienced Business Analyst who will be a liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The main task will be to gather, analyze and document requirements to create effective IT solutions. You will develop functional and technical documentation, provide process transparency on all development details. The vacancy involves full-time remote work.

Responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers and stakeholders to gather business requirements and needs;
* Formulating and documenting requirements (functional and non-functional), creating user stories and use cases;
* Preparing functional and technical specifications, diagrams and schematics for the development team;
* Updating and keeping documentation up to date at all stages of the project;
* Working closely with the team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements at each stage of development;
* Writing and maintaining product documentation.
Requirements:
* Experience of 2 years or more in a business analyst role in IT;
* Experience with BPMN, EPC, UML, IDEF from 1 year;
* Ability to work effectively with large amounts of data and analyze it to make business decisions;
* Skills in writing documentation based on collected requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, use cases, etc.;
* Knowledge of user interface design principles (UI/UX);
* Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and interact effectively with various departments;
* Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues early on.
Working conditions:
* Remote working in a friendly and comfortable development team
* Salary per month — from $3500 gross
* 2 weeks paid holiday per year
* Paid sick days
* Additional paid days off on major Slavic holidays
* Opportunity to attend professional courses at company expense
* Working week: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Israel time.
