About the product
Join us in building a large-scale fintech platform that’s currently in an active expansion phase thanks to a rapidly increasing number of users.
Our product is much more than a payment system — it’s a high-load solution with complex business logic, massive volumes of transactions, and rich data streams.
We are looking for a Financial specialist who is passionate about working with large datasets, loves solving complex financial puzzles, and is excited to be part of a fast-evolving ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct timely, transparent, and accurate analysis of day-to-day financial operations;
* Prepare reports on key data processing and various calculations on business performance as required by management;
* Reconcile transactions from multiple online platforms, payment gateways, banking and EMI services providers;
* Analyze KPI metrics and provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions;
* Organize and maintain corporate financial documentation and records;
* Budget and liquidity forecasting and control;
* Check and control of bank institutions audit requests in regard of in- and outcoming payment issues;
* Develop, maintain and optimize the scope of managerial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance sheet);
* Perform month-end-closure activities and develop internal managerial accounting procedures;
* Support of non-resident companies maintaining and accounting (check, collect and confirm scope of documents, communication with CPAs, audit support)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, reconcile data and optimize up to date financial reporting;
* Communicate within the finance teams for reporting, accounting, and reconciliation purposes;
* Participate in the automation of financial and management reporting processes;
* Conduct periodic audits and internal reviews of contracts and supporting documentation;
* Interact with 3rd parties in terms of corporate accounting, reporting and different custom issues.
Requirements:
* Finance background with 3+ years of experience;
* 2+ years of experience with profitability reporting, general ledger accounting, monthly closing process, etc;
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices;
* Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical analysis, data-driven approach;
* Excellent communicztion, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
* Multitasking, effective in time-management and prioritizing workload, meet deadlines;
* Intermediate+ business English — oral and written;
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economic or a related field will be a plus.
