About Project Stepico is proud to contribute to the national-scale marketing initiative for Ukrainian fantasy IP rooted in local history and mythology. The project is launched in collaboration with one of the largest retail chains in Ukraine, with thousands of stores nationwide.
This is a hybrid project that combines digital marketing and real-world trading mechanics, designed to create a meaningful cultural impact while driving measurable retail engagement.
Stepico’s involvement includes: * Designing a full roster of 2D characters, which appear as collectible physical cards distributed across end client’s stores, functioning as a TCG (trading card game). * Producing 2D character animations, adding depth and emotion to the fantasy narrative. * Developing a trading card game connected to the official retailer’s app, enhancing the customer experience and encouraging deeper interaction with the brand.
The project will leverage technologies such as Unity and .NET to deliver a seamless and immersive experience for players.

Requirements * 3+ years of active work experience or employment in IT/Program development specialty, specifically in high-load backend solutions and algorithm creation; * Strong proficiency in C# 10+ and new features provided by them; * Experience with .NET 6+, asp.net core API, EF Core and SignalR; * Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices; * Knowledge in parallel programming (TPL, PLINQ) * Experience with Serverless technologies AWS Lambda Functions, etc; * Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL (Redis) databases. * Familiarity with RabbitMQ message broker. * Familiarity with Docker, Docker compose, K8s. * At least an Intermediate level of English; * Willingness to work with an on-site team of specialists and direct communication with the customer.

Main Responsibilities * Work with AWS cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services); * Being able to optimize queries and work with a large amount of data in databases is a plus; * We also pay attention to the knowledge of algorithms and the ability to solve logical problems; * All projects are in the .net ecosystem, with Unity on the client side, there is a common logic for the server and the client, which accelerates the development and stability of the project.
