FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment. We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players. FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.
Main areas of work: * Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development — software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer; * Highload Development — development of highly loaded services and systems; * CRM System Development — development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones; * Big Data — development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data; * Cloud Services — we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: * Own and evolve the platform used by multiple partners and brands (B2B2C model) * Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing scalability, customization needs, and technical feasibility * Act as the main product point of contact for multiple B2B clients and internal stakeholders * Facilitate prioritization and alignment discussions with partners and internal teams * Transform the partner’s business goals and brand requirements into clear product requirements * Lead build-vs-buy evaluations: assess whether new capabilities should be developed in-house or integrated via 3rd parties * Monitor and analyze platform performance, usage metrics, and player behavior to identify opportunities and gaps * Define success criteria for features and track post-release impact across brands
Required Competencies: * 3–5+ years in product management, ideally in gambling, gaming, or fintech platforms * Proven experience building and scaling B2B2C or white-label platforms * Strong understanding of product lifecycle, platform architecture, and multi-tenant systems * Experience with data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics) * Familiarity with gambling platform components (e.g., user accounts, bonus system, game integrations, sportsbook, compliance) * English proficiency — C1/C2 level
Nice to have: * Experience in a regulated market or with compliance-heavy platforms * Experience working with RICE, ICE, WSJF, or other prioritization frameworks. * Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and the SAFe framework
