We are currently looking for an active individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities * Actively search for and engage new leads * Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product/service presentations * Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract * Achieving goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Collaborate with tech teams, PMs, and marketing during pre-sale stage * Keep CRM data up to date and prepare commercial proposals * Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (outsourcing) * Proven experience handling full-cycle sales * Solid understanding of IT service models (T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated Teams) * Experience working with clients from the US, EU, UA regions * Proven track record of closing deals with budgets exceeding $100,000 * English — upper-intermediate or higher (B2+), both written and spoken * Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Nice to Have * Warm network or database of potential clients * Experience participating in RFPs / proposal writing * Background in SaaS
