Requirements: * Understanding of the IT service model (outsourcing/outstaffing) * Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English — both written and spoken * Familiarity with prospecting tactics and outbound outreach best practices * Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation * General understanding of sales funnels, business development, and client acquisition * Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, measure outreach performance, and suggest improvements
Nice to have: * Experience working with CRM systems
️ Responsibilities: * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads * Search and engage new leads via LinkedIn and email outreach * Set up quality meetings and discovery calls with potential clients
