Location: Remote or on-site (Chernivtsi location is a plus)
What you’ll be doing: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles — from sourcing to offer stage * Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates * Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, including for international markets (US, EU) * Screen candidates for cultural and role fit, and support hiring decisions with clear, structured feedback * Apply diverse sourcing strategies: LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach, referrals * Keep our ATS up-to-date and contribute to recruitment reporting * Proactively build talent pools for high-demand or recurring roles
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency) * Strong sourcing and interviewing skills * Solid understanding of the tech talent market and industry trends * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
Nice to have: * Experience working with outstaff or outsourcing companies * Experience in international hiring (especially US and EU markets)
