Requirements
— 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales; 2+ years in blockchain or Web3 preferred. — Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and closing 6- to 7-figure deals. — Deep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and decentralized applications. — Strong network within relevant industries (tech, finance, gaming, supply chain, etc.). — Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. — Strategic thinker with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
— Develop and execute the global sales strategy to drive revenue growth in blockchain development services. — Identify and target high-value clients in fintech, gaming, supply chain, real estate, and other industries exploring Web3. — Lead and mentor a growing team of sales and business development professionals. — Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on client acquisition and retention goals. — Build strong relationships with key enterprise accounts and strategic partners. — Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales positioning and messaging. — Own the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. — Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
