We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team — you would create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for our projects. As the first business analyst in the company, you will collaborate with and support cross-functional teams in developing our solutions, and establish BA best practices.

Responsibilities * Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes * Ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements * Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges * Analyse specifications for integration with 3rd party systems * Ensure new requests are compliant with the main product goals and don’t break anything
Requirements * Strong verbal and written English (B2+) * 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies * Experience creating technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, prototypes * Basic knowledge of web development, software architectures, microservices * Understanding of multiple functional areas: product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support * Experience with the Azure DevOps board * Understanding of Agile methodology * Ability to run basic SQL queries (JOIN) * Ability to present and facilitate effectively
