We are now expanding our AI capabilities and looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help us build scalable, secure, and high-impact multi-agent AI systems during our 4-week sprints.
Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will build, test, and deploy intelligent agents and multi-agent pipelines using cutting-edge LLM technologies. You’ll work closely with AI Strategists, UX Designers, and Data Engineers to bring agentic AI use cases to life — from rapid prototypes to architecture-aligned MVPs.
Key Responsibilities * Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar * Develop task-specific agents (e.g., document extraction, summarization, reporting, onboarding) * Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) into enterprise-friendly workflows * Implement agent memory, reasoning, and action-chaining logic * Connect agents to APIs, databases, or client data sources (RAG / tool-augmented agents) * Collaborate with designers to build agentic UX flows (React or other front-end frameworks) * Ensure reliability, explainability, and auditability of all deployed agents * Document technical decisions and help scale agentic prototypes to production
Required Skills & Experience * 3–5 years of experience in AI engineering or applied NLP * Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework (LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph, crewAI) * Proficient in Python and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) * Experience building and deploying cloud-based AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure) * Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) * Strong grasp of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and chain-of-thought strategies * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile sprint environment
Preferred Qualifications * Experience in finance, wealthtech, or regtech AI applications (e.g., KYC, compliance, reporting) * Familiarity with LangServe, streamlit, or frontend tools for AI app deployment * Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and secure model operation * Contribution to open-source agentic AI projects or AI hackathons is a plus
