We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our Account Management team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Responsibilities:
— Analyze complex business data and build clear, actionable dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
— Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and analytical requirements.
— Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports on business performance.
— Track game launches and analyze core metrics (GGR, game rounds, session length, retention) by market and player segment.
— Identify areas for process optimization and propose new solutions to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
— Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning using historical data and market benchmarks.
— Build reports and dashboards to support daily operations, promotional activities, and long-term initiatives.
— Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for senior management and external partners.
Requirements:
— English — Upper Intermediate (spoken and written).
— 1+ year of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
— Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with documentation and numerical data.
— Proficiency in using tools for data visualization and diagramming (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Miro).
— Ability to translate raw data into structured visuals that support business decisions and stakeholder communication.
— Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
— A proactive mindset — you’re not just reporting metrics, you’re recommending change.
— Ability to work independently and prioritise, manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
— Experience working for a game provider or aggregator.
— Experience in using tools such as Visio, Power BI, Tableau.
— Familiarity with the key game performance metrics.
— Experience with A/B testing and cohort analysis.
