We are looking for someone who has * 3+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, People Management, Staffing Partnership, or similar roles in an IT outsourcing company. * Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry. * Proven skills in conducting development-oriented 1-on-1s. * Proven ability to manage priorities and resources in a high-volume, client-focused environment. * Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to contribute to team success and collective goals. * A system-level view with the ability to stay objective and support both people and business effectively * Familiarity with HR analytics: collecting data, interpreting trends, generating reports * Practical experience with Google Sheets, Slides, and HRM systems (PeopleForce, Hurma, etc.) * Business-driven mindset with adaptability to changing environments and strong ownership of assigned tasks. * English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
