We are currently looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team.
This role is client-facing and does not include sourcing responsibilities. The recruiter acts as a recruitment process owner, leading candidate interviews and client communication, while partnering with a dedicated sourcer who handles the talent search.
What you will do: ▪️ Own the full recruitment cycle (excluding sourcing): screening, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting candidates; ▪️ Act as the main point of contact for clients — consult them, manage expectations, and provide market insights; ▪️ Collaborate closely with sourcers to align on hiring needs and profiles; ▪️ Lead candidate interviews and assess technical/cultural fit in coordination with hiring managers; ▪️ Support offer negotiation and objection handling; ▪️ Contribute to employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
What we expect from you: ▪️ 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ▪️ Solid experience with tech positions (Middle/Senior/Lead/Architect level); ▪️ Strong account management and client communication skills; ▪️ Ability to consult clients and navigate ambiguity with a solutions-driven mindset; ▪️ Advanced organizational and time-management skills; ▪️ Experience working in cross-functional teams with sourcers and hiring managers; ▪️ English level B2 or higher; ▪️ Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
