We’re looking for a Mobile App UX/UI Designer for project-based collaboration. You’ll work closely with our customers to design engaging, user-friendly mobile apps, solving business and product challenges through design. The ideal candidate has solid experience in mobile app design, a user-centered mindset, and strong UI skills.
This is a flexible, project-based role with potential for long-term collaboration depending on workload and project needs.
Requirements
— 5+ years of experience in Mobile App UX/UI design, with portfolio cases that include
problem statements, challenges, the design process, and final interactive prototypes.
— Strong UI skills: crafting clear, consistent, purposeful interfaces aligned
with the product’s brand and business goals.
— Conversational English (B2+), confident enough for direct communication with clients.
— Proactive and autonomous: able to take initiative, work independently,
and collaborate effectively in a team.
— Solid UX mindset: able to identify business & user needs, apply UX research
methods, and deliver relevant solutions.
— Experience in presales activities: scoping, estimation, trials, participating in
intro/demo calls.
— Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions, using UX principles,
logic, and visual examples.
— Well-structured Figma files, with design systems and variables.
What You’ll Do
— Collaborate directly with clients and their teams (stakeholders, developers, etc.)
to design and refine mobile apps.
— Lead the design process end-to-end — from discovery and
wireframing to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
— Work on both new MVPs and existing products
(auditing, testing, improvements).
— Participate in presales and support the team in converting
leads into clients: through concepts, quick reviews, and
sharing ideas that build trust.
— Join calls and present design decisions clearly and convincingly.
