What you’ll be working on: * Building and evolving core features across the platform using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB * Designing scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL) and robust backend architecture * Shipping features end-to-end in collaboration with design, product, and ops * Owning technical decisions in a modern cloud-native setup (AWS, Docker) * Driving best practices, improving performance, and mentoring teammates
We’re looking for someone who: * Has 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead (or similar hands-on leadership position) * Still enjoys coding daily, and leads technical work by doing * Writes clean, scalable code and cares about architecture as much as execution * Is confident working with React, Node.js, and cloud environments (preferably AWS) * Speaks English at B2+ level — you’ll be collaborating with an international team * Is proactive, takes initiative, and feels comfortable making technical decisions * Bonus: experience with fintech or payment-related systems
