The following skills are important to us: — 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience. — 1+ year of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. — Strong knowledge of Asyncio, FastAPI, Strawberry, Pydantic, and PostgreSQL. — Proficient in SQLAlchemy and containerization (Docker). — Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ\NATS. — Experience in designing scalable architecture and CI/CD pipelines. — Practical experience with Kubernetes and AWS. — Knowledge of Celery, MySQL, Pipenv — Ability to mentor developers and manage code reviews, planning sessions, and technical decisions. — English — technical level B1+, capable of participating in tech discussions.
Will be a plus: — Experience with Clickhouse. — Experience with ScyllaDB.
Your future responsibilities: — Lead a team of backend developers, offering technical guidance, mentoring, and support. — Design, plan, and review architecture for new and existing services. — Oversee development of new integrations and transition of existing ones to our new platform. — Ensure code quality, scalability, and compliance with gambling industry requirements. — Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other departments to align technical execution with business needs. — Continuously improve development processes and team performance.
