We’re a fast-growing HealthTech company creating multiple products at the intersection of wellness and artificial intelligence. Our mission is to make self-optimization and well-being accessible to everyone through cutting-edge technology. Our most recognized product is Ultiself, a mobile habit tracker used by thousands of people worldwide.
This role, however, is for a new wellness-focused product currently in active development. We’re building a platform that will redefine how users interact with health and self-improvement tools, and we need someone to help us ensure this product maintains an excellent reputation across all public-facing platforms.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Brand Reputation Manager with strong attention to detail, experience in user feedback management, and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the public image of our product on app stores and review platforms. You’ll work closely with support, ASO, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive user experience — both internally and externally.
Responsibilities: * Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more * Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews * Work with internal teams to identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements * Coordinate external vendors or partners (if needed) to support ongoing reputation efforts * Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks * Suggest initiatives to organically improve user sentiment and public brand perception * Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in brand reputation, community management, user feedback, or customer success * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data * Familiarity with online review ecosystems (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, etc.) * Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work independently * High level of discretion and professionalism in managing brand image * English: intermediate or higher
Nice to Have: * Experience working with wellness or mobile products (especially subscription-based) * Understanding of ASO or mobile marketing principles * Established relationships with third-party vendors for reputation management or brand support services
