We are looking for Data Analyst (iGaming) for our partner in the gambling/betting niche.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze traffic sources across casino, betting, and affiliate channels; identify key performance metrics (CR, FTD, ROI, ARPU, etc.)
* Build reports on affiliate traffic performance, including sources, GEOs, devices, LTV, retention, fraud detection
* Develop and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Metabase)
* Work with large volumes of data; write complex SQL queries (including CTEs and window functions)
* Segment players by behavioral and commercial metrics (Retention, Churn, VIP, Risk)
* Conduct A/B tests and cohort analysis; prepare analytical insights and recommendations for marketing and product teams
* Participate in building and optimizing ETL processes; work with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
* Perform data verification and ensure the quality of analytical reports
* Collaborate with marketing, BI, product teams, and affiliate managers
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as an analyst; iGaming experience is mandatory (casino, betting, affiliates)
* Strong SQL skills (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.)
* Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn; ideally also jupyter, scikit-learn)
* Ability to build reports using BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau)
* Knowledge of affiliate traffic specifics and core metrics: FTD, CR, LTV, ROI, CAC
* Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines (experience with Airflow, dbt, etc. is a plus)
* Understanding of A/B testing principles, cohort analysis, retention, and monetization analytics
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
* Strong communication skills: ability to clearly formulate and refine tasks, and work collaboratively in a team
* Experience with task trackers (Jira, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
Nice to Have:
* Experience with BI platforms (especially Tableau Online)
* Familiarity with iGaming platforms such as SOFTSWISS or others
