Responsibilities: * Work with customer.io software * Full responsibility for the process of creating and conducting email marketing campaigns; * participate in the creation of a content strategy for advertising and informational messages; * Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design and content) to create engaging emails, in-apps and push notifications; * Conduct A/B testing and look for ways to improve CR and Open Rate. * Collect and segment your user base and create email chains for them; * Work with designers, breeders, analysts; * Conduct regular analysis of key indicators and optimize; strategy based on their analysis; * Player retention.
Requirements: * Experience as a CRM/marketing coordinator from 1 year; * Confident knowledge of online casino products; * Experience with email, sms, web-push mailings and other messengers from 1 year or content manager; * understanding of real-time storage methods; * Experience working with graphic editors; * Time management skills.
