Role Overview We are hiring a Global EoR Coordinator to take ownership of our global contractor tax support and partner network. You will be responsible for managing accounting partners across 25+ countries, building contractor-facing tax policies, and ensuring consistent, compliant, and contractor-friendly service delivery.
This is a strategic, operational, and relationship-driven role with high impact. You will report to the Global General Counsel and work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and Finance to elevate our EoR operations and reinforce Turnkey’s premium contractor brand. Key Responsibilities Global Partner Management * Build and manage a trusted global network of local accounting firms and tax compliance providers. * Drive partner onboarding, SLA definition, value alignment, and performance reviews.
Contractor Tax Policy & Support * Design and maintain country-specific tax policies for self-employed contractors. * Serve as a subject-matter resource on contractor tax frameworks and expectations. * Lead quality assurance across all contractor-facing guidance and documentation. * Ensure consistent, compliant, and friendly experience for contractors across all geographies where TurnKey operates.
Operational Excellence & Quality Control * Implement KPIs and quality metrics to track partner responsiveness, tax accuracy, and contractor satisfaction. * Establish SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery across markets. * Deliver continuous feedback loops from HR, contractors, and partners to evolve service excellence.
Compliance & Risk Management * Monitor changes in local employment and tax regulations in supported countries. * Flag potential legal, financial, or operational risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Coordinate with Legal and Finance teams for contract alignment and risk assessment.
Qualifications Must-Have * 4+ years in Accounting, Legal, or Global Compliance roles involving international contractors or vendors. * Proven experience with tax compliance for self-employed contractors or freelance models. * Experience managing external partners or vendors across multiple countries (experience in LATAM and EU is highly welcome). * Project management capability — can lead multi-country initiatives independently. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across HR, Legal, Finance, and external partners. * Capable of navigating ambiguity, handling urgent issues, and identifying sustainable solutions. * Experience working with HRIS, Notion, and automation tools like AirSlate. * Excellent English written and verbal communication. * Global “growth mindset” with cultural fluency across jurisdictions especially in LATAM and Eastern Europe. * Ability to travel for business trips within Europe a few times per year.
