Easy Dev is a Polish IT company with Ukrainian roots. We are a young, fast-growing team with strong technical expertise. We specialize in web development, mobile apps, AI integrations, admin panels, and digital design. We’re actively building our portfolio and already have completed projects. Our brand is active on social media, and our website is currently in development.
Responsibilities:
* Find and attract new clients via LinkedIn, social media, cold outreach, email, networking
* Build and maintain a structured database of potential leads
* Communicate with clients, identify their needs, and present our services
* Run short (15-minute) daily stand-ups with the development team.
There is no project manager on the team yet, so for now you’ll help coordinate daily calls with developers. This is temporary — a dedicated PM will be hired as we grow.
Requirements:
* Experience or understanding of how to search for projects on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English is a must. Polish is a nice bonus.)
* Basic understanding of IT workflows (Agile, Scrum)
* Responsible, self-organized, and eager to grow. Willingness to learn IT services and build long-term relationships with clients
Nice to have:
* Ideally aged up to 25 (Our team is quite young, so being in a similar age group may help with communication and team dynamics — but this is not a strict not mandatory)
* Knowledge of Polish or other languages
* Experience in sales or client communication
* Experience using CRM tools
* Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT project flows
* Based in Eastern Europe (preferably Ukraine or Poland).
We plan to focus on client acquisition in these regions, so being local will make outreach and communication more effective.
