We’re on the hunt for a passionate Customer Support Agent to join our team and support our hit games — Instant War and Century: Age of Ashes.
As part of our team, you’ll work closely with the Community Manager and the broader dev team to make sure our players get top-tier support and feel heard, understood, and cared for. You’ll be the bridge between our games and the community — helping troubleshoot issues, answering questions, and bringing valuable player feedback back to the team. What you’ll be doing * Keep an eye on player reviews across platforms like the App Store, Google Play, Steam, and more. * Respond to player inquiries with empathy and clarity, delivering fast, high-quality support. * Troubleshoot technical issues and guide players toward solutions. * Use Zendesk to stay on top of every ticket and ensure no player is left hanging. * Share insights, feedback, and trends with the dev and community teams to help us level up the player experience. * Deliver concise weekly reports on key support trends and issues.
What we’re looking for * Previous experience in customer support — experience in gaming is a huge plus. * Proficiency with Zendesk (or similar support tools). * Fluent English speaker (other languages are a bonus!). * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Gamer at heart — you love playing games and understand player expectations. * Comfortable using social platforms like Discord, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
