We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our partner’s team — someone who is passionate about turning data into insights and working closely with the business. While the main focus is on analytics, the role also involves some data engineering tasks, so experience with data infrastructure is a big plus.
Your qualifications: * 5+ years of experience working in data-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on data analysis * Proven expertise in analysing and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable business insights — not just building reports or dashboards * 2 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including a solid understanding of its internal architecture and common usage patterns * Strong command of SQL, especially in performance-tuned queries for large-scale datasets * Familiar with data modelling principles, structured storage, and working on ETL/ELT workflows * Comfortable using modern data visualisation tools to communicate insights clearly (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, or similar) * Experience with AWS services in a data environment (e.g. S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, etc.) — mandatory * Exposure to data engineering tasks, such as building and maintaining data pipelines, although the main focus remains on data analysis * Solid experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions * Ability to work in hybrid analytical-engineering environments * Excellent written and spoken communication in English
Nice to have: * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus * Certification related to Snowflake * Certification for AWS
Your tasks: * Work closely with different teams to understand their needs, help shape technical approaches, and bring them to life * Dig into complex data to spot patterns, surface insights, and help guide decisions at both strategic and day-to-day levels * Build and manage dashboards and reports using popular BI tools (like Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to communicate results clearly to varied audiences * Act as a go-between for business and tech folks — turning business needs into data questions and ensuring the solutions support broader goals * Design and build data models and storage solutions using Snowflake * Set up and maintain data pipelines to bring data from different sources into Snowflake * Create and support database elements like views and procedures to make the data easier to work with
