We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in both marketing and event management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating go-to-market strategies, driving customer engagement, and organizing impactful events. With a background in B2B marketing (preferably fintech, payments, or SaaS), you’ll help develop compelling messaging and manage global event execution. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business development, sales, and product teams to drive lead generation, product development, and market positioning. * Create and implement high-quality messaging that highlights the value of the product and its new or enhanced features, ensuring effective communication across all channels. * Design and deliver marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and helping existing users derive more value from the platform. * Lead the creation and management of marketing content and strategies for the product’s website, social media, email campaigns, and press releases. * Work closely with internal teams to establish a consistent brand tone and ensure positive user experiences when interacting with merchants, end-users, and other stakeholders. * Identify and evaluate relevant industry events, conferences, and opportunities for brand presence. * Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events and activities, ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with third-party providers, contractors, and agencies. * Oversee all aspects of event management, including concept development, venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site coordination. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure resources and support for events. * Track event performance, gather feedback, and analyze metrics to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. * Leverage various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising, to promote events and increase attendance. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to event management and marketing. * Increase brand awareness and generate leads for sales and business development teams by organizing events and participating in relevant conferences.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; * At least 2-3 years of experience in a B2B product/service marketing role, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, or relevant industries. * Proven experience in event management, including coordinating logistics, vendor relations, and event promotion. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for storytelling and adapting messaging for different audiences. * Upper-intermediate or higher English level and will be great to know other languages. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure, with excellent organizational and project management skills. * Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas. * Keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and managing priorities effectively. * Previous experience with website CMS and social media platforms. * Availability and willingness to travel globally for events.
